Harbor Business Services was founded in 1992 as Ballavance Business Services, an accounting company situated in downtown Duluth , MN . Today, we're still located in downtown Duluth , but we've grown to include computer network services and harbornet.net, our very own local Internet Service Provider (ISP). In June of 2000, Ballavance Business Services merged with Harbor Financial Services in Two Harbors , MN , and became dba: Harbor Business Services.  In July of 2003 the original owner bought the company back from Harbor Financial Services of Two Harbors, Inc.  to become Harbor Business Services, Inc wholly owned C-Corporation owned solely by Blaine Ballavance, President and CEO.  What hasn't changed is Harbor Services dedication to its customers. We offer many different types of services because no two businesses' needs are alike.
